Christmas at The Quay
I heard there’s a Christmas market happening at Lonsdale Quay in North Vancouver this December, and naturally I invited myself. Ma and The Guy are bringing me along, plus all my favourite treats, salves, and gear — because ’tis the season to spoil your dog (or the human who loves one).
Where to find the Lonsdale Quay Christmas Market
We’ll be set up right next to the Shipyards Christmas Market, one of the North Shore’s biggest holiday events, so expect crowds, twinkle lights, live music drifting across the plaza, and me working the whole crowd for pets. Lonsdale Quay sits right on the waterfront, a short walk from the SeaBus terminal, so it’s an easy trip whether you’re coming from downtown Vancouver or just down the hill from Lower Lonsdale.
Christmas Market dates & hours
- Friday, Dec 4 | 4:00–9:00 PM
- Saturday, Dec 5 | 12:00–8:00 PM
- Sunday, Dec 6 | 12:00–5:00 PM
What to expect at our booth
Come say hi and you’ll find our full lineup of dog treats, healing salves, and cozy winter gear — good for stocking stuffers, gift baskets, or just spoiling the pup who’s already got everything. We’ll have samples out, so bring your dog’s nose along for quality control. If you’re bringing your own pup, keep them leashed in the plaza — we’ll have a water bowl out at the booth for thirsty visitors.
Getting there
Lonsdale Quay has paid parking right on site, and it’s an easy, dog-friendly stroll down from Lower Lonsdale if you’d rather walk. Either way, make a day of it — there are plenty of patios and shops nearby to warm up in between market stops.
Admission to the Lonsdale Quay Christmas Market is free all three days, rain or shine, treats in paw. Come find us, say hi, and if you’re lucky I’ll let you scratch behind my ears. While you’re at it, check out our full events calendar for where else Bob’s popping up this season. 🐾
