All orders are processed within 3 business days after payment is authorized. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Orders are shipped by ground from Vancouver, British Columbia, so plan on 3–7 business days for delivery, depending on where you’re located and which carrier is used. We promise real care in getting your order to you and work with trusted carriers. We base our estimates on their standard timelines — not Amazon drone speed. 🙂
